Globalstar 3 isn't a radio station; it's the next generation of satellites from Globalstar, a telecommunications company operating a low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation. This infrastructure enables voice and data communication services worldwide, particularly in areas lacking reliable terrestrial cellular networks. Globalstar's services cater to outdoor enthusiasts, maritime users, oil and gas workers, mining operations, emergency responders, and transportation companies. Globalstar has launched multiple generations of satellites. The first generation was launched in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The second generation launched between 2010 and 2013.
